Day 133

God looks at the heart and not the outward appearance

I didn't get to walk today, my foot has been hurting and I was afraid to put that kind of pressure on it. I am slowly yet surely getting back into my routine. Last week really threw me off, but I am determined to keep pressing on#icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Day 132 (Happy New Year!!!) Weight loss

  God is about to do a new in my life and change me around for better things. The end of the year brought on sun unexpected changes, my granny passed away and I had to go to Ohio. I was trying to still maintain this walk and I did Farley well, but the temptation was pulling really hard. While away the week in Ohio, I only got in two days of workout and my eating wasn't bad, but it didn't consist of my normal eating habit. I didn't pig out either, I just feel that now if I eat something that isn't really good for me it is just terrible and I feel bad. So I didn't get to eat how I have been  eating. Monday and Tuesday I started back in my routine and did my walking, I was still also tempted with the food and, I gave in, but I didn't over do it. I finally got to weigh myself today and I am thankful, I didn't gain, but I only lost a pound, I think I am gonna have to limit the subs this month, because I have been eating them, with chips and cookies and I think that is one reason I only lost one pound, so my goal is to lose at least five or more this month. I want frown or beat myself up, I am very happy about this process, I am doing good and I am gonna keep going.

So the new weight s 256 and I am aiming to lose the 56 pounds.

Day 119 (CHRISTMAS EVE)

All glory to God, I admit yesterday I got completely off and did nothing, but today I did better and I am thankful for the push from God. Merry Christmas!!!!!

Okay so this red velvet cake needs to disappear from my house and not all in me, it has me tempted everyday to eat a slice. I don't know what  the scale will say at the end of the month, but as long as I don't gain, then I will be happy. Well, I will keep pressing until then

Another dull day but I am so thankful to be alive on another day of this new walk. I am still pressing on forward
