Great day today was aside from crazy feeling I was having.I did come off the three day diet, but I am gonna get back on it next week. I think the temptation of wanting to give up was really hitting me today. I was feeling very discouraging and I know that it was only the enemy, well I declare that I am not gonna give up and no matter how hard it may get, I will not give up on this walk. God has my back and I am going to keep pressing forward. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Day 37 (9 pounds lost)

God is really amazing and I thank him always

30 minute walk and started back jogging

I am at 272 with my weigh in, I am very excited, but I felt as if I could have lost more than 9 pounds. I am not sure, what I am dong wrong, but I am not gonna dwell on the fact that I didn't lose the 20 pounds or be upset about it, this is a blessing from God and I am thankful, I have decided to stop the 3 day diet put keep eating the foods on it, but a little more food, than it requires. I am not n taking enough calories and maybe that could be a problem or maybe it is the time length of workout, that I do. I am not sure, but I feel so much better being more healthy. I am going to do some more research and keep eating right. But yeah, 9 pounds is still some improvement and I am beyond thankful to God, I am going to keep pushing on forward. Next target goal I am aiming for 20 again.

Great day, I got a little hungry spell, but once again I beat the temptation. I decided to weigh in tomorrow instead of Thursday, I am really curious to see if I have meet my goal lose, but I am settling in my mind right now, that if I didn't meet the goal lose of 20 pounds. I want be moved by it nor let it set me back, I am feeling so much better and I am proud of my accomplishments so far, Well, day 36 was a blast.

Well, after the pain from legs on yesterday, and with my feet still being on fire, I decided to play it smart and not do a workout as far as walking. I am feeling so much better now and I am looking forward to star back jogging soon and hopefully tomorrow, #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Day 34

God is a miracle worker

Meal only ate was at dinner time and it was a 6inch sub and a bag of chips with water. I had a wedding today and usually those days I am on my feet so much, that I normally would grab me some fast food afterwards, but since I have cut back, I noticed that I have gained a lot of energy. The bad part is that I will have to try and make myself start eating. I have to admit after the 21 days I was afraid that if I ate anything off the diet, that I would go back to old habits, but that didn't happen and I am in full control, so I am gonna have to just eat. Other than that I got plenty of excerise at the wedding.

What another great day, I noticed that my watch on my arm is getting very loose and that was excitement and something I noticed. I started a calorie count with an app on my phone and I am no where near completing the amount of calories, that I need to daily, but I am full on what I am eating, so I am fine and I will keep doing what I am doing, as long as I am not feeling sick. Well, another day completed and I am gonna keep pressing on. Here is a shot of my view walking in the rain with my umbrella and my delicious sub sandwich.

I love my walks and only if I had of pulled myself away from work, that could have waited, I would have beat the rain. So since the rain beat me, I just didn't do anything. I am really not a fan of the treadmill and bike, I gotta get another different workout to do for rainy days. Well, I am not gonna beat myself up, because I have been working out all the other days. This is the second time since I have decided to do this new walk, that I have had fired meat and it was so not pleasing, I am glad that the taste of it is not as pleasing to me, because that was a bad eating habit that I had. God is shifting me healthy wise and I am so, so thankful. Tried to take a selfie, I am terrible at that, but I need to get more comfortable with me, so I will be taking them from time to time.

Well, today was a much better afternoon for me, my leg was so much better, I didn't get to walk due to schedule, but I got in my workout. I think I will start my jogging back up next week, so that my leg can prepare it self. Love this feeling, although I don't see a difference in my weight, I tell you this feeling is something amazing.

I forgot to record yesterday, but it was a good one, my legs are still hurting so nothing has changed there, but I refuse to stop the workout. I did have to stop the jogging because I am at least able to still be on my legs and I don't want to hurt them, to the point I can't do any workouts. I am still pressing on forward and enjoying this walk. 30 days amazing I know this is only the work of God!!!!

Today was a lazy day for me, or shall I say, a give my legs a rest day. I also need to mention that I grill my meat on the foreman grill. I am not a fan of baked meat, but I need to maybe give steaming a try, so that I want grow tired of the grilled meat. I am gonna be also searching for new healthy foods to eat, because I eat the same meals, if you follow my blog you will notice that on the foods I record. I am a not a bigger eater of a lot of foods, but what I eat, I eat a lot of it. So next month I will diffidently try and add on some new different foods or at least try different foods. All glory to God, I have to thank him every time I think about how far I have come on this walk, her has answered my prayer and I am so thankful. This is surely my seasons, I have never cut back and been committed to eating right, for such a long period as this, I am excited about the out, that he will have for me at the end, This is the kind of God I serve and I am so happy he is in my life. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Great day I am still extremely sore and I couldn't jog, that was not good for me, I missed the jog. I did get in the exercise and I hoped all the way. I think it came from not doing any warm up before my works and although I did warm ups all this week. I guess it is catching up with me from the other weeks I missed. Well, I am excited about making it to day 26, and I had to take a picture of the sand stating day 26.

Today I attended a funeral and I deiced to eat the way I have been,basically by portions and it went good. I also should mention I am doing bottles of water through out my days also, but not recording it. Well, this is day 25 and I am doing still pretty well, I guess you can say. I put on some pants today, that had been extremely tight, but today I could actually fasten them and I even had a little slack in them, this was encouraging and I am thankful that God is walking with me. He is the only reason, that I am able to keep going. I talked with a lady when I was out shopping the other day and she mentioned that, she had been on a diet for six weeks, but it felt as if she hadn't lost anything. I had to stop her and give her some encouragement and I pray it helped her. I told her that, I deiced this time around, I felt like this is my season and that this weight is coming off, I told her that I decided to not even think about it, but just do it. Because in the past, when I went on diets, I got very upset, when it didn't look as if anything was happening and so I would just stop. The weighing in every week or two became discouraging especially when the result was no good and if your impatient, that will not cause you to get anywhere either. So I told her, just don't think about and just do it. I pray it helped her, because I could tell just like me, she wants the weight off. i pray she gets it off. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

I have to admit, I am growing kinda tired of this diet, but this was the third day so I have my four days off and I don't have much longer to go, before I get off the 3 day diet completely, so I will push on. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Wow can you say sore, I don't know if it came from walking in my chucks yesterday or the workout from this morning, but I am so sore. I don't know if that is good or bad, but I am walking like a turtle tonight. Well, hopefully I will sleep the soreness off. I find out today, that this diet is only for 40 days. I am at day 23 and I don't have long to go, but I am undecided if I will continue doing it or changing it up, either way my eating habit and workouts will remain. I am loving this new walk and I am looking forward to the end.

Another great day today, I decide to take away the ice cream and the cheese from this diet, due to medical issues, I have yet to decide what I will replace the cheese with, but the more I think about it, I may not replace it with anything. I will be alright I am sure. I made it past my 21 day mark and my goal is to be 20 pounds later, when I weigh in at the end of the month. Well, I am setting another mark, 21 days of no cheese I am a dairy lover, but it is harming my body, so I will try and make this a break, like I did the diet. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Well, something I learned today, while eating fried food for the first time in 21 days. I was really not feeling it, but I couldn't eat it during lunch and at dinner time I kinda forced it and boy I paid for that, the portions were not big, but I guess it was to big for my system. Eating out was a challenge, I have never had to think about what I was gonna order at a restaurant before, either way I still didn't pig out. I made it 21 days on my new walk and I am beyond proud of me, but I still have to keep pushing. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Well, today was a another beautiful day and I enjoyed it as I mentioned above, I did give into temptation, but it wasn't bad. I just really need to be careful when I will be out all day, like I was today. I forgot to pack my raisins. The one thing I want to do including my days off of the three day eating routine is to add fruits into my meals, because I find myself only eating them, during the three day. God is still working, and I am noticing some of my clothes are getting loose and that is good. Tomorrow will be day 21 and that that is amazing!!!! #icandoitbeacuseGodsaidit

Today started out to be one of those days where I would normally just stay in the bed all day and sleep off pain from my female monthly pains. I decided to fight the pain and I went walking and I even jogged a little less, I still was in pain while working out, but I defeated this issue. Usually I would be so drained and not wanting to do anything and especially at 12 am in 85 degree weather. I would always wait until the sun went down, but since I have decided to change things around as far as eating and getting in movement, my body is feeling extremely better and it is getting what it needs and I feel great. I don't want this feeling to go away. It is clear that the bad foods or shall I say unhealthy foods, are really no good for the body. I didn't get to work out how I would have liked to today, but I got in some movement.  Here is a shot of my walking trail.

I got in a workout cleaning and going up and down some stairs
due to not feeling well, I didn't get to get in my other exercises. 

Great day, but not on the term of how I was feeling today. I really have gotten use to workout out and I felt kinda bad, because I didn't get to do it, like I would have liked to. Well, I do have tomorrow and my eating was not bad, so I guess I can pat myself on the back.
