1 cup of Tuna
5 saltines
1 glass of water

2 grilled hot dogs
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
glass of water
Movement
4 laps of walking on track
Another great day, although I have been soar all day, but I guess, that is a good thing. I am seeing that on some Tuesday and on Wednesday those are my most odd day to try and do a diet, where I am wanting to get in at least three course meals. It is impossible to get in the dinner before eight. I ate dinner around 9 and I hated it, but I am gonna come up with a plan to get my dinner in, on those late days. I really enjoyed my night walk on the track, it was so peaceful and much needed. I am looking forward to tomorrow. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
