Day 20

You are more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey --Psalm 76:4

Breakfast
small cup of orange juice

Lunch
spaghetti(spoon full)
lettuces
1 piece of garlic bread
cup of water

Dinner
Stouffer's rigatoni with chicken pesto(TV dinner)
cup of powerade

snacks
4 small  pieces of small peanut butter bars candy
although it is not a snack mostly a sneak, but I ate one french fry today(I got tempted and I had to record this, because I want to be real with myself)

Movement
walk/jog for 30 minutes


Well, today was a another beautiful day and I enjoyed it as I mentioned above, I did give into temptation, but it wasn't bad. I just really need to be careful when I will be out all day, like I was today. I forgot to pack my raisins. The one thing I want to do including my days off of the three day eating routine is to add fruits into my meals, because I find myself only eating them, during the three day. God is still working, and I am noticing some of my clothes are getting loose and that is good. Tomorrow will be day 21 and that that is amazing!!!! #icandoitbeacuseGodsaidit
