Great day, my God is still working, I am at day 16 and I have really overcome many food temptations and pigging out on foods. This feeling is great and I want to keep it. Tomorrow it will be time to get in some jump roping. The only thing I need to work on are my Tuesdays and Wednesday nights as far as getting in dinner before eight, but I will figure something out. I am almost at my 21 day, and I would love to see what I have done as far as weight loss, but I will wait as I promised myself, to just find out that out at the end of the month. I will be posting a before picture soon, and did I mention, I don't like taking pictures :) That is okay because I want to look back on where I started and where I don't want to go back to. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
