Great day I am still extremely sore and I couldn't jog, that was not good for me, I missed the jog. I did get in the exercise and I hoped all the way. I think it came from not doing any warm up before my works and although I did warm ups all this week. I guess it is catching up with me from the other weeks I missed. Well, I am excited about making it to day 26, and I had to take a picture of the sand stating day 26.
