Day 11

He has done great things



Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
1 piece of toast
glass of water

Lunch
slice of cheese
2 turkey slices
5 saltines
glass of water

Dinner
2 small pieces of pork steak grilled(I gotta stay away from it, but I love it )
salad with chopped up cucumbers 
glass of water

Snack 
mini kit kat (I got temped in the checkout line)

Movement
Walk/jog (still the 30 minute routine)


Today was so, so I guess you can say, I realized during my exercise today that the jogging is becoming kinda easier, so I think that my body is adjusting, I also decided that next week I will walk a little longer. I want more walking and I am ready, it will be my third week and I need to get in more walking/workout. My body can handle it, I thank God for this push on getting this healthy walk started. I can say that I feel great, I don't feel all full and bloated, but I feel like I have so much energy and this feeling is great. I am looking forward to seeing how much weight, I will lose at the end of the month, I am aiming for 20. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
