Not my normal workout, but I did a lot of walking around at my orientation
My eating was very terrible and I have to admit that I just let my busy schedule take me completely over and I hated it, I know it is expected of me to eat, with these Holiday events. I did great at Thanksgiving and i want dwell on this, but I will instead, keep pressing

Once again another busy day got me eating without thinking, the temptation was all on me and I know it was the enemy, but he will not win.

Crazy eating for Lunch, but I am getting back to where I was and wining over any thoughts the enemy is having on making me go back on my crazy over eating. I am pressing on forward and letting God lead
