Day 106

Keep going even when you feel like you slip,God has you

Breakfast
sausage egg and cheese biscuit from burger king
small hash rounds
orange juice

Lunch
6 inch meatball sub
chips
small sprite 

Dinner
two piece of fried chicken needed sides, but didn't eat any
water


Movement
no walk/run and i felt lacking, I had to clean at my church and that was workout with a lot of movement 
40 crunches

A very busy day for me, I didn't get to do my normal workout, but the movement I had today felt like it. I want beat myself up about that or the fact that I gotta pull away from the chips when I get a sub. God has me and I will keep pressing
