Day 103

Good things are ahead, just keep going

Breakfast
bowl of cereal
water


Dinner
6 inch meatball sub
small bag of chips
water

Movement
walk/run 2 mile mark
40 crunches
chin toners


Great day, I notice during my workout I was extremely tired and I was reminded on the less sleep I get. I want to really focus on getting in the bed at a decent hour. I can't have it affecting my workout.
