Day 95 & 96

Do good, O Lord, to those who are good, And to those who are upright in their hearts -Psalm 125:4


Day 95

Breakfast
Boiled egg
hash brown
1./2 grapefruit
water

Lunch
4 chicken nuggets
med french fries
small soda

Dinner
6 inch cold cut sub
one cookie
1/2 grapefruit
water


Movement
walked 2 miles and jogged a little
warm ups


Day 96

Breakfast
one scrambled egg
one hash brown
1/2 grapefruit
water


Dinner
6 inch meatball sub
bag of chips
1/2 grapefruit
water

Movement
Walked 2 miles and jogged a little more today.
warm ups


Well, I am so excited that a few other people are noticing that the weight is falling off, this really encourages me to keep pressing on forward. I am ready to add something more to my workout. I will include the squats and pray that this time I don't get dizzy. Great things are coming, all glory to God
