I didn't get my walk into, but I will be tomorrow, these past two days, my eating was not good and I gotta do better and keep watch on it. I am still flowing and my mindset is still on go

Day 66 (10 pounds lost)

Saw this turtle on my trail today, I haven't seen one in a long time. It was going into protective mode as I was taking the picture. When I left it slowly made it to where it was going. It brought encouragement to me. Although the process of this walk seems slow in life for me. God will take me, to where he is leading me. It's all about patience, waiting and trusting.

Great day, I am very excited I am now 262 pounds, I lost 10 pounds. This is progress and I am very happy. I am gonna just keep on pressing on and don't worry about my body not looking like there is a change, because there is, I feel great.

A rainy and windy cold day it was today. I didn't get to walk and I really hated that, but I did do some other workout. I hate being inside working out, but I already know that I will have to prepare myself on other days when the weather isn't good. So I will just keep going, because I have to keep my routine up. Day 63 is what it says in the mud writing in the picture below..lol. A success in the rain, with my umbrella, 2.12 miles today, the wind made me stop. I had a by passer stop me while I was walking, she encouraged me and blessed my socks off with her words. "She said I have been seeing you on the road for some time now and that she is very proud of me. She said that she could see changes and she told me to keep it up." It isn't just your will and 

mind that will keep pushing you to accomplish something, it is also those blessings of encouragement that you receive. Loving this new walk

Great day, so much better than yesterday. This time of month is a trying time for me, I am usually unable to accomplish anything during this time, but pain pills and my bed. I am proud of myself for actually fighting the pain and continuing my walk. I even walked up the hills without stopping, a big success and great determination. The pain wasn't as bad so I guess working out helped out. Pressing on to another day!!!!

Interesting day, not so good of one for me as far as my mood in  the day. The health walk however was wonderful and I enjoyed it. The eating still scares me, I don't think I am in taking enough and I am so ready to weigh in next week to see how I have done. Well, I am pressing on and looking forward to a a new day.

Great day, I am preparing myself to walk a little longer next week, I actually walked 2 miles everyday this week so far, I am proud of myself, although I could hear the enemy saying give up and don't walk any further. See God isn't just walking with me for no reason, by his mercy I was able to keep going and ignore the enemy. God is doing some great things and I am not about to let the enemy win. Walking with God is the best

Great two days of workouts and I am very proud of myself in that area, I am not doing the 3 day diet this week and I have to say, it makes a very big difference with my eating habits and I will be back on it next week. Over all, so far this week of this walk, is going good

Although, I am not to happy about my poor eating, I did my first Breast Cancer walk today, It was a awesome and I enjoyed it. For this week, I have been walking for a mile and a few more minutes all this week except Friday, but my goal is to do two next week and to also be a little more cautious with what and how I am eating. I record the good and the bad so that I can keep track on what is going on, I am loving this walk

Great day today, the workout felt so good. I am gonna have to make myself do other exercises. I don't know how tomorrow will play out for my work out due to a busy shedule, but I have gotten in good workout so far ths week and  am so happy. I have an infant shoot tomorrow, which requires alot of movement, in the past my lack of energy and my weight was really working me. I noticed at my recent weddng, which weddings really require a lot of energy and have me very overworked and the overweight feeling, didn't help, This recent one I had, I noticed that  my energy level was on high and I could tell a difference. This new walk is helping me out in a lot of areas of my life. I went walking this week in the sun and even that was a past task that I couldn't face. I am gonna keep encouraging myself and pressing on, because I don't want this feeling to go away, #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Beautiful day, and although I felt a little week, I made it through, I am enjoying the longer walks, I want to start back jogging and  will do so pretty soon. I am still feeling great with the weight loss and I feel as if I have lost more. Well, I will wait until the end of the month to see what I have done.

My Sunday as you see was crazy eating and not enough at all, I had three days of lack of movement and I know I am going to have to force myself from getting to comfortable with this old routine again.

So I decided to continue with the three day diet after my ten pound lost last month, I was wondering and I am still, if I need to eat at the amount of the calorie count, that is totaled for me. Well, I am gonna continue the 3 day diet and keep up the mile and more exercises to see if this was the reason for not losing more pounds. I am also gonna keep in mind, that I don't want to lose the weight fast, but I want to lose it right. Day 40 very good, to actually see that number, but I feel bad, Although, I haven't been pigging out, I feel like I have not been doing enough, as far as workouts and even eating more of food. I don't like this feeling, but I do see result and I am gonna keep focusing on that, this is just another moment on this walk, where I am being tempted, to give up and I know it is the enemy, and he want win. I am only going through this moment, but I want stay in it. God is still working and I am gonna continue trusting him. No workout today but this want become a habit, #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
