Day 50 & 51

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding- Proverbs 3:5


Day 50

Breakfast
2 piece of sausages
one egg scrambled
one piece of toast
water

Lunch
Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli (Michelina's Dinner)
water

Dinner
(Terrible eating for lunch)
9 fried chicken wings (halves)
one cup of green beans
French Fries 

Movement
2.17 mile walk



Day 51

Breakfast
boiled egg
piece of toast
water

Lunch
grilled cheese turkey sandwich
water

Dinner
6 inch Sub
2 peanut butter cookies
water

Movement
2.15 mile walk



Great two days of workouts and I am very proud of myself in that area, I am not doing the 3 day diet this week and I have to say, it makes a very big difference with my eating habits and I will be back on it next week. Over all, so far this week of this walk, is going good
