Day 67 & 68

Day 67

Breakfast
one scrambled egg
water

Lunch
half of a turkey and ham sandwich
water

Dinner
one fried pork chop
1/2 cup of rice
stewed tomatoes 
1/2 cup of green beans
water

Movement
warm ups
walked 2.12 miles
30 crunches



Day 68

Breakfast
(Burger King )sausage and egg biscuit 
small hash rounds
orange juice

Dinner
three wings 
french fries
cup of sprite

Movement
30 crunches 
walked around at a festival today

I didn't get my walk into, but I will be tomorrow, these past two days, my eating was not good and I gotta do better and keep watch on it. I am still flowing and my mindset is still on go
