6 ritz with about two spoons of chicken salad
mini sinkers bar
My Sunday as you see was crazy eating and not enough at all, I had three days of lack of movement and I know I am going to have to force myself from getting to comfortable with this old routine again.
Day 43
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 piece of toast
water
Lunch
1/2 cup of tuna
1 piece of toast
water
Dinner
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of green beans
3 smoked turkey slices
1 small apple
1/2 cup of ice cream
Movement
walked 1,53 miles
So I decided to continue with the three day diet after my ten pound lost last month, I was wondering and I am still, if I need to eat at the amount of the calorie count, that is totaled for me. Well, I am gonna continue the 3 day diet and keep up the mile and more exercises to see if this was the reason for not losing more pounds. I am also gonna keep in mind, that I don't want to lose the weight fast, but I want to lose it right. God is on this and he is walking with me, so I am gonna just continue to let him lead #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
