Day 46

Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, bless His name; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all people. -Psalm 96:1-3


Breakfast
2 pieces of sausages
grits
small cup of kool-aid

Lunch
2 turkey slices
6 saltines
small cup of kool-aid

Dinner
2 fried chicken wings
1 cup of greens
1/2 cup of rice
glass of water

Movement
walked a mile

Great day today, the workout felt so good. I am gonna have to make myself do other exercises. I don't know how tomorrow will play out for my work out due to a busy shedule, but I have gotten in good workout so far ths week and  am so happy. I have an infant shoot tomorrow, which requires alot of movement, in the past my lack of energy and my weight was really working me. I noticed at my recent weddng, which weddings really require a lot of energy and have me very overworked and the overweight feeling, didn't help, This recent one I had, I noticed that  my energy level was on high and I could tell a difference. This new walk is helping me out in a lot of areas of my life. I went walking this week in the sun and even that was a past task that I couldn't face. I am gonna keep encouraging myself and pressing on, because I don't want this feeling to go away, #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
