Day 64

God is refreshing

Breakfast
1 scrambled egg
1/2 cup of hash browns
water

Lunch
grilled ham and turkey sandwich 
1/2 cup of sprite

Dinner
3 small pieces of chicken fried
corn
water

Movement 
warm ups
51 minutes treadmill
30 crunches


A rainy and windy cold day it was today. I didn't get to walk and I really hated that, but I did do some other workout. I hate being inside working out, but I already know that I will have to prepare myself on other days when the weather isn't good. So I will just keep going, because I have to keep my routine up. Looking forward to another day
