Walked 1,81 miles
Beautiful day, and although I felt a little week, I made it through, I am enjoying the longer walks, I want to start back jogging and will do so pretty soon. I am still feeling great with the weight loss and I feel as if I have lost more. Well, I will wait until the end of the month to see what I have done.
