Great day, I went a little further in my walk, I am looking forward to doing three miles next week. I gotta however continue to watch my eating habit, I refuse to slip back into my old ways. Although I am not pigging out, I still want to do right in eating. Today was a very busy day for me and I enjoyed the walk.
