Day 66 (10 pounds lost)

Saw this turtle on my trail today, I haven't seen one in a long time. It was going into protective mode as I was taking the picture. When I left it slowly made it to where it was going. It brought encouragement to me. Although the process of this walk seems slow in life for me. God will take me, to where he is leading me. It's all about patience, waiting and trusting.

Great day, I am very excited I am now 262 pounds, I lost 10 pounds. This is progress and I am very happy. I am gonna just keep on pressing on and don't worry about my body not looking like there is a change, because there is, I feel great.
