My eating was very terrible and I have to admit that I just let my busy schedule take me completely over and I hated it, I know it is expected of me to eat, with these Holiday events. I did great at Thanksgiving and i want dwell on this, but I will instead, keep pressing

A very busy day for me, I didn't get to do my normal workout, but the movement I had today felt like it. I want beat myself up about that or the fact that I gotta pull away from the chips when I get a sub. God has me and I will keep pressing

Great day, I just gotta really start making myself tone. The walking and running is great but I gotta get in a routine of toning and I expecting God to help me get on system with it. I am still pressing and feeling great. I actually almost lost my pants while running today and now that was funny, but it is a good thing, that my clothes are getting big. that means I am losing and all thanks to God.

Great day today, I praise from a neighbor during my walk today and it came at a right time. After my run I was feeling a little doubtful and I know, that it was only the enemy that had the doubt of quitting on my mind. God wants me to keep this up and he is walking with me. I had to put the enemy in his place right then and there and say that I am gonna keep going and I will not give up. God is so amazing after my run today and that feeling of pain and giving up came over me. He sent this amazing cool breeze that just cooled me off. God is walking with me and I know that there will be some hard days, but as long as I hold on that matter, he will indeed help to keep pressing on through with this journey. I am gonna keep trusting God and know that he is walking with me and he want leave me.

So today was weigh day and I don't know if it made any difference or not, but I didn't get to weigh this morning and I had to do it this afternoon, I am at 257 according to the scale, I will accept that and just weigh again at the end or beginning of January. I was a little upset because I didn't meet the 10 pound mark but at least I didn't gain and so I will take these five ponds and see what happens at the next weigh in,

Well, I am so excited that a few other people are noticing that the weight is falling off, this really encourages me to keep pressing on forward. I am ready to add something more to my workout. I will include the squats and pray that this time I don't get dizzy. Great things are coming, all glory to God

Another great day on this healthy walk, I am almost 90 days in and I can't believe I am still going. I am really just going and not thinking about this thing. I am so nervous about my weigh in at the end of the month. I don't feel like I met my 10 pound mark, but we will have to see. On my next weigh in, I am taking some pictures and posting. Felt so good to get back out and walk today in the sunshine. I have to say I am being encouraged to keep pushing on this walk. God blessed me, with encouragement today while walking from neighbors. I have no reason to give up. I am gonna keep pressing toward my mark.

 Felt better somewhat with my eating today, I have decided and I will try my best, but Sunday will be my day of free workouts.  I have to say I am really afraid to see what the end of the month weigh in will look like, my eating has not been good at all, and I felt so bad yesterday with a headache and  I did no workouts. My plan was to include squats to my workout, but when I tried yesterday, I became very dizzy. I have also been feeling somewhat dizzy after all my workouts. I think I am gonna have to visit the doctor and see what is going on. Well, these three days I felt like the the enemy was trying to get me to quit, this walk altogether, but he didn't faze me, and because of him, I plan to go even harder once I check out what is going on, I can do this, because God said it
