Not such a great day of full eating, a very busy day for me and I was on the road for most of the day and the workout I got was movement during a photo shoot and babysitting and moving with the kids
Day 2
Lunch
6 in subway
1 peanut butter cookie
water
Dinner
cup of greens
2 pieces of small fish fillets
1/2 grapefruit
water
snack
2 fudge bars
Felt better somewhat with my eating today, I have decided and I will try my best, but Sunday will be my day of free workouts. I am going to take a break from workouts, at least once a week and Sunday is the day of rest. Well, my plan for the week is to get in some squats and attempt the jogging plan, I am so excited to see what God has in store for me this week
