Day 75, 76 and 77

I can do it because God said it

Day 75


Lunch
not sure what kind of meat, but it tasted like ham, I had about two slices
spoon of green beans
spoon of mashed potato's
roll
cup of lemonade

Dinner
vegetable soup a bowl
5 saltines
water

Movement
hour on treadmill
chin toner
40 crunches
warm ups


Day 76


Breakfast
one scrambled egg
toast
water

Lunch
bowl of veggie soup
6 saltines

Dinner
2 grilled chicken breast
spoon of green beans
spoon of white rice
roll
water

Movement
none


Day 77


Breakfast
 2 rolls

Lunch
2 rolls

Dinner
6 fried chicken wings halves
spoon of rice
spoon of green beans
water

Snack
kit kat

Movement
walked for a 2.28 miles


 I have to say I am really afraid to see what the end of the month weigh in will look like, my eating has not been good at all, and I felt so bad yesterday with a headache and  I did no workouts. My plan was to include squats to my workout, but when I tried yesterday, I became very dizzy. I have also been feeling somewhat dizzy after all my workouts. I think I am gonna have to visit the doctor and see what is going on. Well, these three days I felt like the the enemy was trying to get me to quit, this walk altogether, but he didn't faze me, and because of him, I plan to go even harder once I check out what is going on, I can do this, because God said it
