Day 17

Breakfast
1 slice of cheese
1 small apple 
glass of water

Lunch
1 boiled egg
1 piece of toast
glass of water


Dinner

1 cup of carrots
1 cup of green beans 
chicken breast
1/2 apple

Movement
25 crunches
10 leg raises
20 second plank
15 minute elliptical bike workout
walk/jogged a little 3 laps around the track

Another great healthy day,I am doing great on the workouts and the eating, I am very happy, but I will have to cut out the dairy on the diet, due to medical issues, but I will be replacing just the cheese and the ice cream I want be doing or replacing it with anything. I got to walk on the track and talk to a friend at church, it was a great walk, and she convinced me to do a selfie. When I figure out how to get the picture save the picture I will share. This was a great day and I wanted get some jump roping in, but I am gonna have to see how my schedule goes tomorrow. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
