Prayer is the key to any trouble
Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit
1 piece of toast
Glass of water
Lunch
1/2 cup of tuna
1 piece of toast
Glass of water
Dinner
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of green beans
2 grilled chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
1 small apple
Movement
15 crunches
6 leg raises
10 seconds planks
Walk/jog (only 15 mins, due to arriving home late, but I made sure my parking was far away from the stores I went in today)
I am very proud of me, first I gotta say, I went to the movies and I didn't even get the popcorn, that is big for me, because when I go I have to have my popcorn with extra better, but for today I was able to avoid it. I wanted to stay on the rules of this three day diet. The movie really replaced the taste of the popcorn, that is how good it was, and I can't wait to see it again. This week, I wanted to focus on getting in some morning exercises, so starting tomorrow, I will be doing the treadmill and bike, but for today I found an abs chart, I mentioned I needed to work on that area, so it is a 30 day chart and I will try my hardest to commit to it, I did it today as my morning movement and I will post the chart below, to share with others that may be interested. I think the leg raises are the hardest for me, but I will conquer them. My 15 min walk/jog was more of jogging going down and walking back up, I noticed in my jogging today, that it was a little longer than last time, so I think I will be doing longer jogs. God is so amazing, the movie I went and saw today was "War Room" and the whole movie really ministered to my flesh as well as my spirit. When you pray to God, he really hears you, I set this walk as one of my goals to start on a healthy life style and this was one of my prayers, because I knew this was something I would not be able to do alone. God is there for me,to help me and he can help you too, all you have to do is ask him. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
