1 scrambled egg
1/2 banana

5 saltines
raisins
Dinner
2 fried pork steak
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana
Movement
30 minute walk and started back jogging
I am at 272 with my weigh in, I am very excited, but I felt as if I could have lost more than 9 pounds. I am not sure, what I am dong wrong, but I am not gonna dwell on the fact that I didn't lose the 20 pounds or be upset about it, this is a blessing from God and I am thankful, I have decided to stop the 3 day diet put keep eating the foods on it, but a little more food, than it requires. I am not n taking enough calories and maybe that could be a problem or maybe it is the time length of workout, that I do. I am not sure, but I feel so much better being more healthy. I am going to do some more research and keep eating right. But yeah, 9 pounds is still some improvement and I am beyond thankful to God, I am going to keep pushing on forward. Next target goal I am aiming for 20 again.
