Day 8

Give the flesh what it needs and not what it want, it will feel so much better, that I can promise.

Breakfast
slice of  cheese
5 saltines
1 small apple
glass of water 

Lunch
1/2 tuna
1 piece of toast
glass of water

Dinner
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of string beans
2 slices of turkey
1 small apple
glass of water 

Movement
30 min Walk/Jog


Nice start today and I impressed myself with the longer jogging today and this made me very happy. Which means I gotta keep this up. I also will be including  sit ups to my workout, I need to work on the stomach area, because I need to work those muscles. My eating today went very well, and as planned, but I could feel temptation trying to creep up on me and I know it was from the enemy. He tried to tempt me into not working out and also not going through with my eating plan for the day. Well, once again I fought this temptation and made him very upset, because I won, that battle. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
