5 saltines

Lunch
1 piece of toast
1 boiled egg
1 apple
glass of water
Dinner
1 cup of carrots
1/2 cup of green beans
1 grilled chicken breast
1 cup of ice cream
1 banana
glass of water
The last day of the 3 day diet ways of eating and now I will be careful as to how I eat these days 4 days off from the 3 day diet. My goal is to do no fried foods until next Friday. I didn't get any exercise in as I would have liked, but I did have some movement as far as cleaning and walking around in Walmart. Another day to press forward and to keep going #IcandoitbecauseGodsaidit
