1/2 cup of stewed tomatoes
1 cup of rice
1 piece of grilled pork chops
1 glass of water

Yes my dinner had me full, and I think next time I will only do 1/2 cup of rice. I got a little carried away. This is the part of the walk for me, where I have to be careful and not eat over, but I am gonna keep trusting God to lead me on through this process. I got me some raisans, because I think a snack is what will be needed so that I don't cave in and wanna over eat on foods, that are no good. I made it to day four and I am very happy and all praises goes to God. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
