Well, I am beyond nervous to weigh in next week, but we will see how it goes, but either way thank God I am not where I use to be.

Day 91 & 92

Day 92

2 small crescents
2 pieces of small sausages
one scrambled egg
1/2 grapefruit

three pieces of ham small
chicken and dressing
mac and cheeses about a cup with the other serving I got
cup of greens
1/2 of grapefruit
glass of tea

Movement
walked 2.26 miles


Great two days and I gotta say with the day being Thanksgiving, I still maintained what I ate, today was a success

Great day, i can't believe it has been 90 days, that is amazing and I am so thankful, that God is keeping me motivated, I am pressing on

Another great day on this healthy walk, I am almost 90 days in and I can't believe I am still going. I am really just going and not thinking about this thing. I am so nervous about my weigh in at the end of the month. I don't feel like I met my 10 pound mark, but we will have to see. On my next weigh in, I am taking some pictures and posting. I need these before shots

Felt so good to get back out and walk today in the sunshine. I have to say I am being encouraged to keep pushing on this walk. God blessed me, with encouragement today while walking from neighbors. I have no reason to give up. I am gonna keep pressing toward my mark.
