Day 54

God never gives up

Great day, I am preparing myself to walk a little longer next week, I actually walked 2 miles everyday this week so far, I am proud of myself, although I could hear the enemy saying give up and don't walk any further. See God isn't just walking with me for no reason, by his mercy I was able to keep going and ignore the enemy. God is doing some great things and I am not about to let the enemy win. Walking with God is the best

The eating choices today are scaring me and I can't go back, these past two days, I have found myself giving into cravings. I am praying that, that want be the case. God will help me keep going forward. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Great two days of workouts and I am very proud of myself in that area, I am not doing the 3 day diet this week and I have to say, it makes a very big difference with my eating habits and I will be back on it next week. Over all, so far this week of this walk, is going good

Great weekend and I went a mile everyday but Friday, but that is okay, I got in a good workout.This upcoming week, my goal is to start back on the crunches and abs workouts. I am loving this new walk

Although, I am not to happy about my poor eating, I did my first Breast Cancer walk today, It was a awesome and I enjoyed it. For this week, I have been walking for a mile and a few more minutes all this week except Friday, but my goal is to do two next week and to also be a little more cautious with what and how I am eating. I record the good and the bad so that I can keep track on what is going on, I am loving this walk

What a great day, I didn't get in a workout today as for as my walking, but I had a photo shoot with a 3 month old, that was my workout. I am excited with my energy level. I was able to complete a shoot and not be to out of it, so that was really good. Well, I shall press on to the next day
