I love how God moves

Felt so good to get back out and walk today in the sunshine. I have to say I am being encouraged to keep pushing on this walk. God blessed me, with encouragement today while walking from neighbors. I have no reason to give up. I am gonna keep pressing toward my mark.

Busy days and I forget to record, but I am still flowing.  Today, I decided to do less workout, since I was on the go. I am still flowing well, so I will keep pressing and start my workout again tomorrow,

Day 81 & 82

Not such a great day of full eating, a very busy day for me and I was on the road for most of the day and the workout I got was movement during a photo shoot and babysitting and moving with the kids

2 pieces of small fish fillets 
1/2 grapefruit

 Felt better somewhat with my eating today, I have decided and I will try my best, but Sunday will be my day of free workouts. I am going to take a break from workouts, at least once a week and Sunday is the day of rest. Well, my plan for the week is to get in some squats and attempt the jogging plan, I am so excited to see what God has in store for me this week

God keeps helping you press through trails and tests. If you fail, just continue trying and don't allow the enemy to make you feel as if you can't

I didn't eat so healthy today and I know that I can not have this kind of day again of crazy eating. Well, it is now done and can't be changed, so I will just keep pressing. Great workout on the other hand, thank God for the completed task and I am loving the fact that the hills are getting easier for me

 I have to say I am really afraid to see what the end of the month weigh in will look like, my eating has not been good at all, and I felt so bad yesterday with a headache and  I did no workouts. My plan was to include squats to my workout, but when I tried yesterday, I became very dizzy. I have also been feeling somewhat dizzy after all my workouts. I think I am gonna have to visit the doctor and see what is going on. Well, these three days I felt like the the enemy was trying to get me to quit, this walk altogether, but he didn't faze me, and because of him, I plan to go even harder once I check out what is going on, I can do this, because God said it
