Day 47

God moves in big ways

What a great day, I didn't get in a workout today as for as my walking, but I had a photo shoot with a 3 month old, that was my workout. I am excited with my energy level. I was able to complete a shoot and not be to out of it, so that was really good. Well, I shall press on to the next day

Day 46

2 turkey slices

2 fried chicken wings

Movement
walked a mile

Great day today, the workout felt so good. I am gonna have to make myself do other exercises. I don't know how tomorrow will play out for my work out due to a busy shedule, but I have gotten in good workout so far ths week and  am so happy. I have an infant shoot tomorrow, which requires alot of movement, in the past my lack of energy and my weight was really working me. I noticed at my recent weddng, which weddings really require a lot of energy and have me very overworked and the overweight feeling, didn't help, This recent one I had, I noticed that  my energy level was on high and I could tell a difference. This new walk is helping me out in a lot of areas of my life. I went walking this week in the sun and even that was a past task that I couldn't face. I am gonna keep encouraging myself and pressing on, because I don't want this feeling to go away, #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Walked a distance of 1.84 mi,

Today was so much better than yesterday, actually as far as feeling week. I am loving my walks a lot,but I need to do more toning exercises, I am gonna create a workout schedule and follow it, Great eating and workout today, and really no cravings. God is good

Walked 1,81 miles 

Beautiful day, and although I felt a little week, I made it through, I am enjoying the longer walks, I want to start back jogging and  will do so pretty soon. I am still feeling great with the weight loss and I feel as if I have lost more. Well, I will wait until the end of the month to see what I have done.

Day 42 & 43

My Sunday as you see was crazy eating and not enough at all, I had three days of lack of movement and I know I am going to have to force myself from getting to comfortable with this old routine again. 





Day 43

Breakfast 
1/2 grapefruit
1 piece of toast

Lunch
1/2 cup of tuna
1 piece of toast
water

Dinner
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of green beans
3 smoked turkey slices
1 small apple
1/2 cup of ice cream

Movement
walked 1,53 miles

So I decided to continue with the three day diet after my ten pound lost last month, I was wondering and I am still, if I need to eat at the amount of the calorie count, that is totaled for me. Well, I am gonna continue the 3 day diet and keep up the mile and more exercises to see if this was the reason for not losing more pounds. I am also gonna keep in mind, that I don't want to lose the weight fast, but I want to lose it right. God is on this and he is walking with me, so I am gonna just continue to let him lead #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

These two days have been lazy days for me, but I am looking forward to getting back on track tomorrow.

Day 40 very good, to actually see that number, but I feel bad, Although, I haven't been pigging out, I feel like I have not been doing enough, as far as workouts and even eating more of food. I don't like this feeling, but I do see result and I am gonna keep focusing on that, this is just another moment on this walk, where I am being tempted, to give up and I know it is the enemy, and he want win. I am only going through this moment, but I want stay in it. God is still working and I am gonna continue trusting him. No workout today but this want become a habit, #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
