Day 75, 76 and 77

I can do it because God said it

Day 75


Lunch
not sure what kind of meat, but it tasted like ham, I had about two slices

Breakfast
one scrambled egg

2 grilled chicken breast

Day 77


Breakfast
 2 rolls

6 fried chicken wings halves

walked for a 2.28 miles


 I have to say I am really afraid to see what the end of the month weigh in will look like, my eating has not been good at all, and I felt so bad yesterday with a headache and  I did no workouts. My plan was to include squats to my workout, but when I tried yesterday, I became very dizzy. I have also been feeling somewhat dizzy after all my workouts. I think I am gonna have to visit the doctor and see what is going on. Well, these three days I felt like the the enemy was trying to get me to quit, this walk altogether, but he didn't faze me, and because of him, I plan to go even harder once I check out what is going on, I can do this, because God said it

Day 74

Well, the not having lunch is messing me up and I was hungry during dinner time. I gotta be cautious and not do this again, I slipped, but I am gonna keep going. Other than my over cheating myself, this was a pretty good day.

Day 73

God is so amazing and wonderful in his works

I don't know what I am gonna do about lunch, but I guess I will get it right one day. Today was great, I enjoyed my walk as always and I saw a very beautiful mushroom on the side of the road. It reminded me of how all the things, that God created is indeed beautiful, including me, although I don't really find that to be true at times, but God is working on me. He makes beautiful ashes and that is what I and others, who feels less beautiful need to remember.

Day 72

Do not keep silent,O God my praise! For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful have opened against me. They have spoken against me with a lying tongue. They have also surrounded me with the words of hatred, and fought against me without a cause. In return for my love they are my accusers, BUT I GIVE MYSELF TO PRAYER. Thus they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love- Psalm 109:1-5

Great day and I am really managing to cope with the indoor workout during the rain. I know I am not eating enough,  but I am gonna try and make myself do so, I just don't be hungry. Anyways, I am still very much proud of me :)

I was so happy to see the blue sky long enough to walk today. Great day and still going!!!

Day 69

Today was a rainy one and it was still good, I still felt bad I couldn't walk, The forecast calls for a full week of rain, so I am gonna have to make myself do the treadmill and bike, I don't know why I find them to be boring. However, it is November and I need to focus on toning, my arms, legs and chin, I know there is bound to be loose skin, but if  I can work at it, to get it off, then I am gonna indeed try, so my goal is to do toning exercises and get off 10 more pounds, I can do this because God said it
