Great day, I just gotta really start making myself tone. The walking and running is great but I gotta get in a routine of toning and I expecting God to help me get on system with it. I am still pressing and feeling great. I actually almost lost my pants while running today and now that was funny, but it is a good thing, that my clothes are getting big. that means I am losing and all thanks to God.

Great day, I notice during my workout I was extremely tired and I was reminded on the less sleep I get. I want to really focus on getting in the bed at a decent hour. I can't have it affecting my workout.

Great day today, I praise from a neighbor during my walk today and it came at a right time. After my run I was feeling a little doubtful and I know, that it was only the enemy that had the doubt of quitting on my mind. God wants me to keep this up and he is walking with me. I had to put the enemy in his place right then and there and say that I am gonna keep going and I will not give up. God is so amazing after my run today and that feeling of pain and giving up came over me. He sent this amazing cool breeze that just cooled me off. God is walking with me and I know that there will be some hard days, but as long as I hold on that matter, he will indeed help to keep pressing on through with this journey. I am gonna keep trusting God and know that he is walking with me and he want leave me.

Well, the run is flowing pretty well, and I want to stick to it, so I will be pushing myself. I seriously gotta find some new food to eat before I grow tired of subs. Well,a great day today and  I am gonna keep pressing forward

Great day I noticed my running pace seems to be smoother, I may run my first 1k soon, I am loving this journey.

So today was weigh day and I don't know if it made any difference or not, but I didn't get to weigh this morning and I had to do it this afternoon, I am at 257 according to the scale, I will accept that and just weigh again at the end or beginning of January. I was a little upset because I didn't meet the 10 pound mark but at least I didn't gain and so I will take these five ponds and see what happens at the next weigh in,

Well, I am so excited that a few other people are noticing that the weight is falling off, this really encourages me to keep pressing on forward. I am ready to add something more to my workout. I will include the squats and pray that this time I don't get dizzy. Great things are coming, all glory to God
