Day 68

(Burger King )sausage and egg biscuit

walked around at a festival today

I didn't get my walk into, but I will be tomorrow, these past two days, my eating was not good and I gotta do better and keep watch on it. I am still flowing and my mindset is still on go

Day 66 (10 pounds lost)

Saw this turtle on my trail today, I haven't seen one in a long time. It was going into protective mode as I was taking the picture. When I left it slowly made it to where it was going. It brought encouragement to me. Although the process of this walk seems slow in life for me. God will take me, to where he is leading me. It's all about patience, waiting and trusting.

Great day, I am very excited I am now 262 pounds, I lost 10 pounds. This is progress and I am very happy. I am gonna just keep on pressing on and don't worry about my body not looking like there is a change, because there is, I feel great.

Another great day even better because I got to walk. I will be weighing in tomorrow so my prayers are going to go up. I pray that no mater the numbers, that I will keep going and don't get thrown off if it isn't the 10 pound mark, I feel so good, and I can't trade this feeling for the old.

A rainy and windy cold day it was today. I didn't get to walk and I really hated that, but I did do some other workout. I hate being inside working out, but I already know that I will have to prepare myself on other days when the weather isn't good. So I will just keep going, because I have to keep my routine up. Looking forward to another day

Day 63 is what it says in the mud writing in the picture below..lol. A success in the rain, with my umbrella, 2.12 miles today, the wind made me stop. I had a by passer stop me while I was walking, she encouraged me and blessed my socks off with her words. "She said I have been seeing you on the road for some time now and that she is very proud of me. She said that she could see changes and she told me to keep it up." It isn't just your will and 

mind that will keep pushing you to accomplish something, it is also those blessings of encouragement that you receive. Loving this new walk

Well, another day that was good. I decided not to walk today, but this want be a habit. I am looking forward to actually making 3 mile walk all of this week, and also get in a little bike riding. Looking for to making these goals.

Another great day, nothing big to report. I am however seeing some slackness in my clothes, so that is improvement.
