Another great healthy day,I am doing great on the workouts and the eating, I am very happy, but I will have to cut out the dairy on the diet, due to medical issues, but I will be replacing just the cheese and the ice cream I want be doing or replacing it with anything. I got to walk on the track and talk to a friend at church, it was a great walk, and she convinced me to do a selfie. When I figure out how to get the picture save the picture I will share. This was a great day and I wanted get some jump roping in, but I am gonna have to see how my schedule goes tomorrow. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Day 16

Great day, my God is still working, I am at day 16 and I have really overcome many food temptations and pigging out on foods. This feeling is great and I want to keep it. Tomorrow it will be time to get in some jump roping. The only thing I need to work on are my Tuesdays and Wednesday nights as far as getting in dinner before eight, but I will figure something out. I am almost at my 21 day, and I would love to see what I have done as far as weight loss, but I will wait as I promised myself, to just find out that out at the end of the month. I will be posting a before picture soon, and did I mention, I don't like taking pictures :) That is okay because I want to look back on where I started and where I don't want to go back to.   #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

Day 15

Prayer is the key to any trouble

Breakfast

1/2 cup of tuna

1 cup of carrots

2 grilled chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
1 small apple

Movement
15 crunches
6 leg raises 
10 seconds planks
Walk/jog (only 15 mins, due to arriving home late, but I made sure my parking was far away from the stores I went in today)


I am very proud of me, first I gotta say, I went to the movies and I didn't even get the popcorn, that is big for me, because when I go I have to have my popcorn with extra better, but for today I was able to avoid it. I wanted to stay on the rules of this three day diet. The movie really replaced the taste of the popcorn, that is how good it was, and I can't wait to see it again. This week, I wanted to focus on getting in some morning exercises, so starting tomorrow, I will be doing the treadmill and bike, but for today I found an abs chart, I mentioned I needed to work on that area, so it is a 30 day chart and I will try my hardest to commit to it, I did it today as my morning movement and  I will post the chart below, to share with others that may be interested. I think the leg raises are the hardest for me, but I will conquer them. My 15 min walk/jog was more of jogging going down and walking back up, I noticed in my jogging today, that it was a little longer than last time, so I think I will be doing longer jogs. God is so amazing, the movie I went and saw today was "War Room" and the whole movie really ministered to my flesh as well as my spirit. When you pray to God, he really hears you, I set this walk as one of my goals to start on a healthy life style and this was one of my prayers, because I knew this was something I would not be able to do alone. God is there for me,to help me and he can help you too, all you have to do is ask him. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

I think this week was a success and I did great with watching what I ate, I think. One thing I have realized, that if I don't think about the length of time it is taking me to see results in weight lost, then the weeks tend to fly by very quickly. In the past I was very impatient and I wanted to see some fast results, but that was impossible, when I was even really trying. I thank God so much, because of all the other times, I tried to cut back, I would go for a week or even two weeks and then I would quit, this time it seems very different. I think this is God telling me, that this is my season of changes.  I am looking forward to another great week, with more movement. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit

I gotta say I did well, and ate wisely, I didn't get a workout in, like I would have liked, but I did do a lot of movement.

Another Friday complete, I am proud of me, because usually when Fridays hits, I am wanting all fried and unhealthy foods, but I haven't really been craving the food, like I thought I would be. God is amazing, he has answered my prayers and he is helping me with this walk, all praise to Him alone. I was out shopping today and surrounded by with so many fast food restaurants and I didn't give in to temptation, I chose the healthy route and got me a sub. God is working and this is good. #icanditbecauseGodsaidit

Day 11

He has done great things

2 small pieces of pork steak grilled(I gotta stay away from it, but I love it )
salad with chopped up cucumbers

Walk/jog (still the 30 minute routine)


Today was so, so I guess you can say, I realized during my exercise today that the jogging is becoming kinda easier, so I think that my body is adjusting, I also decided that next week I will walk a little longer. I want more walking and I am ready, it will be my third week and I need to get in more walking/workout. My body can handle it, I thank God for this push on getting this healthy walk started. I can say that I feel great, I don't feel all full and bloated, but I feel like I have so much energy and this feeling is great. I am looking forward to seeing how much weight, I will lose at the end of the month, I am aiming for 20. #icandoitbecauseGodsaidit
